We are Matt & Emily Hipp, owners of Peak Home Buyers Network. We both grew up in South Carolina and got started in real estate in 2016. The very first house we bought was from a family who really needed some help after their mom passed away. At the time, the real estate market was incredibly busy, and the family found the traditional selling process quite overwhelming, so they decided to accept our ‘as is’ offer. We invited them back to the house after it was renovated and they were so grateful to be a part of the experience. We’ve kept in touch with the family ever since and still exchange Christmas cards.
